Lucia is the heart of our online shop. She handles every order with patience and care, double-checking that everything is perfect before it ships. To her, every package is special, because she knows there is someone on the other end waiting for it. She wants everything to arrive exactly as it should—with that extra touch of care that makes all the difference.

Claudia deals with everything related to the logistics of our products. She handles the purchases and orders, takes care of sending raw material to the laboratories as well as taking the finished products to end users. In short, without her, we would be lost.
